AfroNuad is a holistic bodywork practice that combines Afro-inspired movement with Thai therapeutic techniques. Its aim is to release physical tension, support the nervous system, and improve the body’s mobility and flexibility through guided movement, assisted stretching, and therapeutic touch.
 
The practice is usually performed fully clothed, allowing for comfortable movement and manual techniques without the use of oils.
